Any well that will be required to serve more than 14 connections and or more than 25 individuals for 60 or more days per year is considered a group A water system. These systems can and often are complex in both design and approval. It is highly recommended to hire a reputable engineering firm and start your planning with the WA state dept of health and dept of ecology in the early stages of development. Many times water rights will play a factor in your area and you will need to be very familiar with the laws that pertain to these systems regardless, so hire a lawyer as well. 

 A new well needed to be drilled at the new Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC facility site proposed in Govan, WA. We drilled them an 8" well. Placed a 4 1/2" PVC liner with slotted screen to bottom in the open basalt section of the well. We try to set the liners, when needed, below the depth of the pitless adapter for future pump installation. This well ended up being an artesian. Shown here in the picture is typically what we install to control the outflow of water up to 150psi.one of your services

A fairly straight forward, and our most commonly requested service. As with all wells a little planning and a few laws must be followed to ensure a smooth process and a long lasting, quality product. We take the necessary steps to keep you on the right path with state requirements. It is always a good idea to contact your local health dept to see if they require any additional conditions be met to place the well on your property before signing a contract with us to drill your well.

Hayden Homes sub division, back pull all permanent in ground casing using specialized hydraulic jacks as seen here in an example photo from a similar project, and fill borehole with state approved sealing materials. This allowed homes to be built on their newly acquired lots that had an existing water well in place and gave them the ability to tie into city water lines. We also file the paperwork needed to the state to start the project, pull any existing pump, wire and piping out, dispose of all materials as needed and file the abandoned well log.
