Replacement well for both the vineyard and winery. A failing and stuck 6" pump inside of a relatively expensive 600'+ 6" diameter well needed to be replaced. We suggested a new 8" diameter well to allow for ease of installation and removal. This will lead to reduced future expenses when maintenance needed on the pump, and save the cost of having to drill yet another well. In addition to the larger diameter pipe, we also determined that 60' of saw cut perforated well casing placed on the bottom of the production pipe could result in a higher flow rates by reducing the hyraulic resistance utilizing approximately 900 slots.
